Rosè Canella is composed of 100% Pinot Noir grapes from Alto Adige vinified in pink. It is Martinotti method sparkling wine the yeasts remain in contact with the wine for more than six months. This sparkling wine is of the Brut type, with a residual sugar of 8 g/l, and is characterised by a pale pink colour and a classic bouquet, typical of the long Charmat.
