Prosecco D.O.C. Canella is made from 100% Glera grapes produced in the area of the high Marca Trevigiana.
Made using the charmat method, it is appreciated all over the world because it is pleasant, versatile and modern. The colour is straw yellow, and the aroma is fresh, aromatic and fruity. The taste is fine, soft but at the same time dry, thanks to an optimal relationship between acidity and sugar. It is ideal as an aperitif, but also with light first courses, fish, white meat and fresh cheese.
