Brilliant straw yellow colour with fine and persistent perlage. Flavours of wild flowers and white fleshed fruits. The palate is dry and fresh with fruty notes and bright citrus flavours with a moderately long finish.
It goes great with any type of food, expecially with starters and fish courses.
