Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel for about 10 days at 20-25°C.

Maturation: Aging in oak 6 months.

Tasting notes: Deep red colour. Flavour of red-berry fruits. Medium concentrated palate and soft tannins with a lingering finish.

Food pairing: with grilled meat, cold cuts and cheeses.

Closure: screw top

Serving temperature: 18-20°C
