At an olfactory analysis is fine, with a complexity that leads back to very ripe red fruit and carob.
Masseria Vecchia is a dry, warm wine, with an interesting flavor and soft tannins

Wine with a good alcoholic content, but easy to match. Perfect with traditional Puglia dishes like orecchiette with meat sauce or with mature pecorino cheeses like Caciocavallo or the Canestrato Pugliese DOP
