Tasting notes: Brilliant straw yellow colour with fine and persistent perlage. Flavours of wild flowers and white fleshed fruits. The palate is dry and fresh with fruty notes and bright citrus flavours with a moderately long finish. Food pairing: It goes great with any type of food, expecially with starters and fish courses.

Vinification: Soft pressing with fermentation at 14-16°C.
Maturation: In sealed tanks on yeasts lees for at least 2 months.
Closure: Cork type mushroom shaped.
