On a Visual analysis is limpid, a ruby red full.
At an Olfactory analysis is fine and very intense, with a complexity of sensations of ripe red fruit and a light undergrowth.
Analysis of taste and smell is dry, warm, quite soft.
Good in acidity and flavor, the presence of tannins is not intrusive
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Delicate but with a good alcohol content, Eteria is a young wine, easy to match.
Is perfect with traditional Puglia dishes like orecchiette with meat sauce or with mature pecorino cheeses like Caciocavallo or the Canestrato Pugliese DOP
