Valpolicella Superiore Le Alène is produced by partially dried grapes. We select the best clusters of Corvina and Corvinone from Alène wineyard and we put them to dry on plateaux. After forty days, grapes are vinified and the wine is aged for about 36 months in barrique. This wine is very balanced, with a good tannin due to limestoned soil and it has notes of red fruit, vanilla, chocolate and spices.
